​Effective September 1st, 2020 I have closed my physical location at the River House.
Thank you for all these beautiful years of being able to provide in-person, healing modalities.

Starting Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 I am teaching virtually through The ROOM Novato on Wednesday’s at 8am and Sunday’s at 8-8:30 & 8:30-9 through the end of March 2021.

Starting on Easter Sunday, April 4th 2021, I’ll be starting a new Sunday series of Meditation & Movement and Yin Yoga classes and on Wednesday April 7th, we’ll be starting Warm It Up and Stretch It Out.

All classes are donation based for April, or sliding scale or a suggested rate of $5/class. Class packs will be available and online purchasing are available now.

Wednesday: 8am-8:30 Working the Poses
8:30am-9am Meditation and Self Care

Sunday: 8am-8:30am Meditation Movement
8:30am-9am Yin Yoga
