The 7-week series starts on Tuesday 11/18/25 - 12/30/25, from 10:30am-11:30am on Zoom. 





I have closed my physical location after 9+ beautiful years at the River House. I am so grateful to everyone for all of their support over the years.

If you have an outstanding Gift Certificate that you were unable to redeem, please email me and I have virtual classes that could be given in exchange. I have given up my massage licensing and am no longer offering bodywork.

In exciting news, I have become a Movement and Mobility Coach through The Ready State, have added Yin Yoga and Mantra Yoga to my wheel house as well as becoming a Reiki Master and Ordained Minister through The Universal Life Church. I can legally perform weddings, recommitments, hand-fasting, celebrations of life, naming blessings and a myriad of other ceremonies.
