I have closed my physical location after 9+ beautiful years at the River House. I am so grateful to everyone for all of their support over the years.

If you have an outstanding Gift Certificate that you were unable to redeem, please email me and I can either refund you or I will have virtual classes, essential oils or product that could be given in exchange.

The ROOM Novato is ending on March 31st 2021 where I have had a wonderful time teaching Yogish, my own blend of Virtual Yoga. It’s been so good that I am continuing on my own. Drop in classes are sliding scale, or donation based for the month of April, suggested rate of $5/ half hour class... Pre-packs of individual classes and monthly class packs are available on the Buy Classes page.
