Hello!!! I'm angelique...
I am a healer, an artist, a dancer and a lover of life...
I've always been drawn to the healing power of touch and my whole life, it felt natural to massage friends and family members alike. I care passionately about whole-body wellness education and integration of mind, body and spirit in order to find balance in life.
Daily meditation, mindful eating and a forging a greater consciousness and intuition with my own body, stretching, massage, and yoga are the practices that help keep me healthy and happy. Becoming a Certified Yoga instructor myself in May 2012 in Hatha Yoga and has brought a new perspective to my healing arts practice that I'm excited to share. In February 2017 I have also added becoming certified in Yin Yoga to my practice.
In addition to being a Certified Massage Therapist, Health Educator and Yoga Instructor, I have my AA in Art and I love to paint, draw, knit, make jewelry and all sorts of multi-media arts that I sometimes sell in my studio. I have always been passionate about dance, body movement, all sorts of music and I'm currently performing with a local Bellydance Troupe, The Dancers of the Desert. I love a wide variety of foods and find international inspiration when feeding my loved ones, as well as believing wholeheartedly in their healing properties and integral part to maintain a healthy body. I've found that feeding the body also feeds the soul and eating dishes prepared with love is one of my favorite ways to express my appreciation and gratitude for living in such a beautiful and bountiful area.
